Shipping policy

I use Australia Post to send my products. I pack and send your orders from Ballina NSW, Australia.

Please allow 1-2 business days after your order has been placed to be dispatched. During high-volume periods, dispatch times may be a little longer than standard.

Australian flat rate shipping - $9AUD Standard, $15AUD Express.
Free standard shipping on all Australian orders over $100AUD.
New Zealand flat rate shipping - $15AUD Standard.
International flat rate shipping - $25AUD Standard.

Parcels within Australia will be marked authority to leave.

International orders include all duties and taxes at checkout. You will not be charged additional fees upon delivery.

If your parcel is left at a post office for collection if no one is home and is not collected in time before being returned to me, additional postage fees will apply to resend the parcel.

All shipping times are subject to weather delays;  Beachy Tones are not responsible for delayed deliveries due to the weather.

Beachy Tones are not responsible for any losses associated with orders shipped to an incorrect or invalid address provided by the customer.

Pre-orders

Orders containing pre-order items will be shipped once all items are in stock.
