Faulty bag and no communication

I sent an email notifying the company that my purchased bag had marks all over if when it arrived. I have not had any follow up communication. Extremely dissatisfied purchase and I’m still waiting to hear from them.

Perfection in a bag!

It can be used for any occasion. I was surprised how much it really can hold. I bought it to replace my old faithful beach bag but have also used it as an overnight bag, wet washing bag when in caravan travelling (space saver/multi purpose bag). The waterproof material is great and the design and colour are true to pictures. I would recommend that given bag holds so much that the handles should be double stitched to help with stretch and durability of how much it holds.
Love them and have already had so many people ask where I got them from.
